Stop effects for some Fixture

It is not possible to stop only some fixtures of a running effect.

The workaround is to start a another effect for these fixtures, with zero size, which will overwrite the original effect.

For convenience, here are some Red template-effects with zero size, which may be applied to current selection, to stop a running Effect ENGINES.bz2
