Useful tip when alternating on identical stages

A lot of festivals use two identical stages for faster change times between bands.

This is a pain in the ... with preset focuses as the fixtures are never completely identical rigged.

A way to overcome this, is to triple your preset focuses, so you use one set for all your cues, and the two other sets are then the ones matching each stage.

When ever you change to light the next stage, you simply copy one of the two "mother" sets to the one you use for cues.

This can be done by a simple macro eg. "Copy Preset 1.51 to 1.71 at 1.1" and then confirm by "Overwrite"

It works like a charm, as long as you remember to apply any changes to the "Mother set"
