The views pool contains all the views in the show. To use the view you can press them or assign them to a view hard button (next to the touch screens). The main window looks like this:

The grandMA can store up to 200 different views. You can assign any name to your view (see below for information on how to change the view name). When you use a button (press on it or call it using the command line) your screens calls what you stored in the view.
Creating a view.
If you press STORE followed by a view button (in the screen), you are presented with the View Store Options:

In the view store options you can select which screens you want included in your view. A dark background indicates that the screen is selected. If you press the All Screens you select all of the screens.
Instead of pressing the button directly you can press STORE VIEW NUMBER ENTER.
If you press STORE followed by a view hard button, you get a different screen:

With this screen you can assign an already existing view to that button. The number (No.) column tells you at what view button the view is assigned. The quantity (Qty.) column shows you how many screens the view include. Pressing OK stores the new view.
Instead of pressing the hard button directly you can press STORE VIEW VIEW NUMBER ENTER.
Assign a name to a view button:
Press ASSIGN ASSIGN followed by the view button. Then you get the “Enter New Label” pop-up:

Now you can type a new name followed by the OK button or the ENTER (on desk or keyboard).
Instead of pressing the view button directly you can use this command: ASSIGN ASSIGN VIEW NUMBER ENTER. This also brings up the “Enter New Label” pop-up.
Moving a view button:
If you want to move a view button you can press MOVE followed by the button and then its new location. You can also use a command like this MOVE VIEW NUMBER AT VIEW NUMBER ENTER. This can be combined with many different commands (thru, +, - etc.).
If you use the MOVE command and press, hold and drag the button to its new position you are still in the “move” mode (the light above the button is on).
Copying a view button:

If you want to Copy a view pool button you can press COPY followed by the button and then its new location. You can also use a command like this COPY VIEW NUMBER AT VIEW NUMBER ENTER. This can be combined with many different commands (THRU, +, - etc.).
Inserting a view button:
If you want to insert a view button you can press MOVE MOVE followed by the button and then its new inserted position. You can also use a command like this MOVE MOVE VIEW NUMBER AT VIEW NUMBER ENTER. This can be combined with many different commands (thru, +, - etc.).
If you use the MOVE MOVE command and press, hold and drag the button to its new inserted position you are still in the “insert” mode (the light above the move button is flashing).
Deleting a view button:
You can delete a view button simply by pressing DELETE followed by a press on the relevant button. Or you can use this command: DELETE VIEW NUMBER ENTER. This can of course be combined with a vast variety of commands (thru, +, - etc.).
Deleting the window:
If you want to delete the entire View Pool Window you can right-click on the “View” headline. You can also press EDIT followed by the “View” headline. When you do you are presented with this pop-up:

And of course it gives you the option to delete or keep the window.
