Fader Page Pool.

You can create the Fader Page Pool using the Create A Window pop-up or by pressing “LIST” and two times the “PAGE” button.

What is the Fader Page Pool.
The Fader Page Pool displays all the (Executor-) Fader pages in the show. You can use the Pages Pool to change what fader page is active on the “Executor Faders”.
The grandMA can store up to 128 different fader pages. You can assign any name to your pool button (see below for information on how to change the pool button name).
If you what to access the pages using the “Command line” you need to use the prefix 2. followed by the page number. The “2.” Refers to the “Executor Faders” (se the MOVE and COPY examples below).
Creating a new button page.
To create a new page all you need is to go to empty one and assign a sequence or macro to any of the “Executor Faders”.
Assign a name to a pool button ("Label"):
Press ASSIGN ASSIGN followed by the pool button. Then you get the “Enter New Label” pop-up:

Now you can type a new name followed by the OK button or the ENTER (on desk or keyboard).
Moving a pool button:
If you want to move a pool button you can press MOVE followed by the button and then its new location.
You can also use hard buttons for the entire move: MOVE PAGE 2 . X AT 2 . Y . X being the old position and Y the new one.
If you use the MOVE command and press, hold and drag the button to its new position you are still in the “move” mode (the light above the move button is on).
Copying a pool button:
This is the way to actually copy the “Fader Page” and obtain two different versions of the page. |
If you want to copy a pool button you can press COPY followed by the pool button and then a new empty location.
You can also use hard buttons for the copy: COPY PAGE 2 . X AT 2 . Y . X being the source position and Y the new one.
Deleting a pool button:
You can delete a pool button simply by pressing DELETE followed by pressing the relevant button.
Deleting the window:
If you want to delete the entire Fader Page Pool Window you can right-click on the “Fader Page” headline (red or blue background). You can also press EDIT followed by the “Fader Page” headline. When you do, you are presented with this pop-up:

And of course it gives you the option to delete or keep the window.
