You can use this to chat with other online desks.
If you receive a new message the little symbol in the upper right corner of all screens flash a little symbol of an envelope:
And the text in the top bar of the chat window says: Confirm new massage

It will also flash until you press it.
Chat Options.
When you write messages they will appear according to your “Chat Options”:

You can choose to show or hide Desktype, IP-Adresses and/or the Time.
The signal can be an audio signal or just a visual alert. Also you can choose if you want the signal to be repeated continuously, just 5 times or not at all.
You can also change the font size. You have the option of Small or Large.
The last thing you can change is the color of your own messages. The default color is black:

This is an example of a green text color:

This is an example of a blue text color:

You can also delete the entire “Chat Window”.
Predefined Messages.
Here you can create predefined messages that you use often.
Then you can just highlight the message you want to send and press “Send”.

If you want to create a new predefined message just press new and you see this pop-up:

Here you can make a new message.
Talk To...
You can create different chat rooms. If you press the “Talk To” button in the upper right corner you get this pop-up:

Here you see a list of all the available desks and you can assign them to different (or the same) chat rooms. Using chat rooms you can limit who you “speak” to. And you can remove those that already are in a room.
You also have the option to rename the current room.
And in the lower left corner you can choose what room you are talking to.
