Agenda.

The Agenda is a calendar function that allows you to create events (entries) at a specific time. It can execute any commands that you can write in the command line.
You can deactivate this function by pressing the button in the upper bar that says "Running". This changes it to "Stopped", and the desk won't run any of the agendas (commands) stored in it.

This is the "year" window. You can change it by pressing the button in the upper right corner that at the present says "Year":

This is the "Month" window. You can change it by pressing the button in the upper right corner that at the present says "Month":

This is the "Week" window. You can change it by pressing the button in the upper right corner that at the present says "Week":

Creating an entry.

To create an entry you need to access the day view and press the "add" button.

Start:

The start time can be an Absolute time or a Relative time (dawn, sunrise, sunset and dusk). For the relative time to work probably, you need to set an accurate location for your desk (se the Date and Time pop-up). Pressing the cell gives you this pop-up:

Time:

The “Time” column sets the time of day to run the command.

Duration:

This tells the desk how long the command is valid. If the desk is off at the “time” of the entry, the duration tells the desk if the command is still active on the time of reboot.

Repeat:

The command can be repeated at different intervals. Pressing it gives you the following pop-up:

Here you have the following options:

Cmd:

This is a shortcut for “Command”. This is the actual command that will be executed.

Comment:

Here you can create a comment that maybe tells something about the command. It’s all up to you.

First:

Here you can set the first date of the entry (and command). This pop-up helps you:

With this you can change the first (beginning) date or press the “Today” button for the current day.
When you are happy with your selection you can press the “OK” button, and the date is selected.

Last:

This sets the date for the last repeating of the entry. The pop-up here is the same as for “First” (only it applies to the LAST date). See the picture above.

Deleting an entry.

When you have selected (or highlighted) an entry, you can delete it (from the “Day” window) by pressing the “Del” button.

Editing an entry.

When you have selected (or highlighted) a cell, you can edit the info in it by pressing the “Edit” button (you need to be in the “Day” window).

Agenda Options.

To access the agenda options you need to press in the upper left corner.
Here you can change the view (Day, Week, Month or Year) of the window.
You can also select any of the excising entries in the calendar.
Last but not least you can delete the entire “Agenda Window”.

You can close the “Agenda Options” pop-up by pressing the blue cross in the upper right corner
