This is the warning:

Would You Like to Save Changes First?
What went wrong?
Nothing really went wrong. You have just made changes to the setup, and are now leaving it.
How do I fix it?
It's not really a warning as much as presenting you with options:
Pressing the Save button stores your changes, and exits the setup.
Pressing the Don't Save button doesn't save your changes, and exits the setup.
Pressing the Cancel button doesn't save your changes, and keeps you in the setup.
